We grafted an avocado 3 years ago. It blooms every year lots of flowers and avocados. But after a while they have all fallen off. The second year it bloomed only ONE avocado survived. What is my tree missing.
Thank you for sending us your gardening question about your avocado. This article will help:

My avocado tree has not produced fruit, but this year after a vigorous pruning it is loaded with blooms. Does that mean it will produce fruit? They are tiny clusters of pale yellow buds that bloom. Thank you, Nancy nekittle@yahoo.com
You don't say how old the tree is or whether it is grafted, but flowers alone don't ensure fruit. Here is more:

The tree is growing mushroom like fu gus
Unfortunately, I think I see a couple of these shelf mushrooms on your tree that indicates avocado wood rot. This is a serious disease so you many want to contact your county extension agent for a definitive diagnosis. Here is more:

I am seeing little green balls appear and want to know how to best help them grow.
No, you will leave them as they are. Providing proper nutrients and conditions will be the best way to help them. Pruning at this time can introduce infection, and will be unnecessary at this time.

Have a young avocado tree that I grew from a seed. A while ago all the leaves went brown & crispy & I expected to lose the tree. I pulled off all leaves, gave it a couple of good flushings & have been digging coffee grounds into the soil. It’s in a pot & has never looked better except for the trunk going brown in patches. What might be the problem. It’s about 150cm tall & flourishing.
More than likely, it is still partly the bacterial/fungal issue, and partly stem maturation.
If you did not treat with a fungicide or bactericide, then the infection likely just went dormant. It will come and go, with its life cycle, until treated.

Hello! So I recently started germinating my avocado seed. Just a few days ago it started to crack open. I don’t know if I should leave the cracked side in the water or on top out of the water. Thank you so much!
You should plant it, immediately, pointy side down. This germination step is unnecessary, and often causes infection before the tree has time to mature.
I recommend direct sowing these to soil, or for slightly better results, wrap in a wet paper towel in a zip loc bag. Put this in a drawer for a week or two. Once you see the seed crack, it is time to plant.

My avo tree that was planted from seed is now 6 years old. My tree is higher that my house and is really growing well with new leaves during the season. I have not seen any flowers or any fruit as yet. The tree gets plenty of water and hooks healthy. We are now approaching end of Autumn and will go into winter soon. Our winter sometimes goes below zero. Some other plants not suitable for this climate dry up all the leaves and regrow during spring. i want my tree to bear. Please help Many thanks Dean Govender
It will not bear on its own. It needs another of the opposite flowering type to produce. Even then, your tree may not bear with a yearly freeze.
Unfortunately, with only one tree, it will be for ornament only.
Still, your tree is very young. It is about halfway to the point where you might see the first flower.
