They are the only flowers on the tree. Date July 30th
This can happen from time to time, and will not cause harm. You can continue with proper care and expect a healthy tree. This article will help you to care for apples:

I have 2 different verities of apple trees within 2 meters of one another along a wall in full sun. Both healthy, disease and infestation free. Both was full of blossom. One is loaded with apples and the other has one. Was the same last year. Do you know the problem?
It sounds like one of your varieties is a pollenizer for the other, but not the other way around. This can happen from time to time. There is not much that you can do, but you can add a third cultivar that is a pollenizer for the tree that does not produce well.
Here is an article that will help:

There are brown/rust coloured spots on the leaves and evidence of some insect infestation through wavy lines. The fruit looks ok. I think it’s a Cox’s.
These articles should help:
The spots could be cedar apple rust which is worse for any nearby junipers.
The wavy lines are leaf miners and they are hard to control once they are inside the leaves.

why are my apples not turning red on my red delicious apple tree?
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. It sounds like the top scion of the graft has died, leaving behind the rootstock. This is usually a different variety than what the top scion is.
My apple tree is not producing fruit. I planted it in 2012 and till today it has never flowered not to talk of producing fruits. Although, my pear tree has produced but just only FOUR beautiful pear. Please advice me what to do to make them produce something significant. Thanks.
It could be incorrect pruning, too much nitrogen, etc. These articles should help:

Why is my apple tree starting to blossom now as the apples are nearly gone?
There probably has been an environmental stress that caused it to bloom out of season. Here is more:

Attached is a photo of my apple and leaf. All of the apples are like this and they seem to rot fast after they fall. Apples are falling before they are ripe.
There are many diseases that can plague apple. This reminds me of the start of Brown Rot (Monilinia fructicola). Though they are common on stone fruits, it can happen in apples, as well.
