My daughter was told that Angel Wing Begonias can't be in any sort of wind, even an open window. I don't think this is true, and I've found nothing online so far to prove this is true either!!
It isn't that they can't, but they don't like it, since their stems can snap easily. It will survive windy conditions, but does not prefer this. This article will help you on their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/begonia/angel-wing-begonia-care.htm
why is my silver coloured angel wings plant turning green please
They turn green with spotting as they age. This can be normal, or it can signify that they need a little more light. Though they are a low light plant, they benefit from bright, filtered light.

The best way to start these is from cutting. This article will help you to take cuttings properly: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/tgen/how-to-root-cuttings-from-various-shrubs-bushes-and-trees.htm

I have several plants and have no shelter for them. I'm in the middle of moving.
They are only hardy in zones 10-11, and you are in zone 6b, so they do need to be indoors till the threat of frost has passed. In my own garden, also 6, they will take a light freeze, but not a hard freeze such as 26 degrees F. You might lose your flowers, but there will be more. I don't think it will die at 32 degrees.
I hope you get moved so it can get back indoors!

I’ve had this begonia since January. When I first got it, it was in rough shape with browned leaves and a broken stem. Now it’s growing new leaves weekly and some are very clustered together. I’m wondering if I should prune any or if the plant is okay like this.
I wouldn't. It is just now recovering, so you don't want to send it back into shock.
Wait until it gets too lanky, then you can prune it.
Here is an article that will help you to care for the plant:

My plant is a cutting from a larger plant and I’ve been growing the cutting about a year and a half. It’s shot another plant out of the soil and both stems from the soil are about three feet tall. Lots of leaves and flowers. I noticed the stem of the original cutting is browning. But tons of new growth on that stem and the other. New flowers and three new leave on that stem alone.
Older stems on cane begonias get woody and can be removed when you prune each spring. If the spots are not soft, I wouldn't be worried. If they are soft then stem rot might be growing, but it doesn't sound like it since you are getting lots of new growth.

The plant is a cutting. I’ve been growing the cutting for about a year and a half and it is about three feet tall and has produced another plant from the soil. Both are three feet tall with tons of leaves. Beautiful flowers and constant new growth. Just noticed brown spots on the stem but has several new leaves and new flowers coming in currently. What’s wrong with it to cause the spots?
It could be the beginning of botrytis blight, but hopefully not. Here is information about blight and rot to keep you aware. It could be a fungal disease you can treat with Neem oil. Here is more:
