can I plant and grow angel trumpets in zone 6 ?
Brugmansia grows in zone 9-11. In cooler zones you can grow in containers and be brought indoors for winter.

I received my plants via mail and followed directions for transplanting. Today is it's first day in new pot. Looked great when I first got up now 3 hours later looks sad and droopy. I used miracle gro garden soil on bottom and then mixed in miracle gro potting soil for top. Is the garden soil maybe to much to allow drainage? Not gonna lie I am freaking out here.
From the image, the pot looks a bit large for the size plant that you have.
Too large of a container can overwhelm the small root ball. I would lift the plant from this container and repot into a smaller pot with good potting soil.
Make sure the container has a good drainage hole.
Keep soil moist but not soggy or dry. Give the plant a few days to adjust to sunlight by keeping in a shady area.

Angels trumpets
If you plant now, it will only have a few months of growing until it dies. These are not cold hardy, if you are referring to Brugmansia. This is the most common Angel's trumpet. There are other plants called this so I will need to know exactly which you intend to plant.
Brugmansia is a tropical, and will not likely survive in this zone over winter, unless it is very mature. A young tree will have almost no chance here.

all my angel trumpet plants are pink this year. last year there were yellow pink and a white
Brugmansia or angel's trumpet blooms also change color and size in response to sun, shade, temperature, soil pH and stress. Cooler temperatures deepen flower color among some; others pale with cooler weather. These changes may occur on the same plant or the same variety planted in different locations.
I want to own an Angels Trumpet plant
We do not usually recommend places to purchase. I would recommend checking nurseries nearby, or any online nursery. They will usually ship to just about anywhere.
It's blooming but hardly has any leaves.

The soil is not dry or too wet; I'm using miracle grow bloom booster, my trumpets are in pots that are big enough.
There could be a few reasons for bud drop including disease, pests or improper growing conditions.
