Are the nutrients used in aeroponics supposed to be the same as a passive hydro set? I am really worried about nutrients being too strong. Can I dilute them by adding to water?
For optimum growth, it is advisable to follow product instructions. If there is a concern, I would contact the manufacturer.
How long should the sprayers run each day for veggie state and bloom state, as I want to switch from DWC and not sure of the timing of the spayers? Thank you.
There is no one answer to your question. The timing depends on so many variables - the type of plant, the age of plant, the temperature, the pH, the ppm. Nor does the timing necessarily stay the same throughout the growing period. Also you will probably get a different timing formula from every grower. Most important is to get information from many sources, then start your own experiments. I tried to make a covered box made of treated wood but it did not stop the box from warping, so I thought about making a box that was made of aluminum so it would stop the warping and leaking. What do you think of this?
There are many many ways to construct an aeroponic system - possibly as many as there are people who try them more than once or twice. I think PVC construction makes a lot of sense - this article has more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/projects/diy-aeroponics-how-to-make-a-personal-aeroponic-growing-system.htm
I'm using aeroponics for the first time and wondered what's the best feeding schedule. I've heard 24/7, not when the lights are off, etc. Just want expert advice. Any suggestions on cleaning my unit to free from bacteria and disease?
So much will depend on the type of system you are using and the type of plants you are growing.
If you have purchased a system, I would contact the manufacturer about cleaning instructions.

I am interested to know what is the commercial viability of an aeroponics system. Who buys these systems to use commercially or are they strictly used for low yield local consumption situations? - Thank you.
You could contact suppliers of aeroponics systems to see if they can tell you if any large greenhouse operations are using the systems in your area.
I do know that the systems are expensive and this could limit the use for wholesalers.

I have my garden on a watering timer that goes for 4 min off and 1 min on. Should I water my garden when the lights are off? Does this hinder my plant growth?
There are many variables that will go into the timing of watering and light.
It will depend greatly on the plants you are growing and the system you are using.

Do you know of any online courses for Aeroponic Gardening that provide certificates of completion?
I would do a Google search for Aeroponic Gardening courses.
Check with local colleges that may have a horticulture program in your area.
Also check with your local library. They may have books and dvd's on this subject matter.
