WE HAVE 3 ACORN SQUASH WE USED FOR FALL DECORATION. WE TOOK THEM DOWN THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. I JUST CHECKED THEM AND THEY MUST HAVE FROZEN, THEY ARE SOFT. ARE THEY STILL USABLE? OH, I AM NOT SHOUTING, I JUST LIKE BIGGER LETTERS LOL. THANKS
I don't recommend using them after they have frozen and thawed. This turns them to sludge, which attracts many types of mold and bacteria. They then multiply, and using them could pose more risk than necessary. I would recommend throwing these out.
Not all squash are doing this. Growing in a pot
It is fine. Sometimes they get a little variation to them. This happens, most often, when seeds are collected from open pollinated plants. Once you plant these, it can lead to some strange offspring.
Here is an article that will offer some useful tips on growing squash:

I planted three Acorn Squash plants and have 8 squash total from the plants. I had more but we got hit by an frost and the others died. Two of the squash are completely yellow, but other than that totally normal with hard skins, while all the rest are the typical green color. Why is this? I bought the seed packet at the store. Thank you for any answer you can give.
This is completely normal! There is a lot of genetic variation with the plants, so it will be likely that you will see a lot of color variation in your crop.
Here is an article that will help you to care for the plant:

started looking really good, then leaves become covered in milky white and blooms started dying as well vines. out of 7 hills none produced a squash. How do I prevent this in 2021?
This sounds like Downy Mildew. Here is an article that will help:

I had to pick my acorn squash because I noticed that an animal had gnawed a bit out of a couple of them. They are dark green and firm, came of the stem easily, and the vine was beginning to wilt. We have had squirrel and chipmunk problems this summer as it has been very dry and I think they eat anything for liquid they can find.
Acorn squash, or any harder squash for that matter, will not ripen all of the way once picked. It will mature just a little more, but it will not ripen like summer squash will.
In any sense, you can make the best out of it by following the same practices for ripening summer squash. this article will help:

i have 1 green acorn, 15 white ones and 1 giant orange squash all from the same squash last season how could i end up with 3 differant colors ? plus i planted them june 9th 2021 and the stems are still healthy do i pick them or wait
Since you grew the plants from seeds, if it was a hybrid cultivar, you may be seeing some of the different parentage coming through.
