swiss cheese plant

We have one of those plants here in our office growing and we love it, but part of the plant vine doesn’t have leaves or aerial roots. How do we fix this?

Cut the non-productive vine down to about 2″ from the soil.

There is not a lot you can do for it if the section above it is healthy and growing leaves and roots. The only way to try to get new growth in that area would be to trim back the plant, and that is not worth it to sacrifice healthy growth above it.
