Q.Sweet Peas Not Growing.

Zone 44085 | Anonymous added on May 26, 2024 | Answered

Hi. Started annual sweet peas indoors and transplanted them to a full sun garden. They have a trellis to grow on. However, they are not growing. They are not dying but they are not growing either. I have given them 10-10-10 fertilizer. Water every day, lightly. No growth. I’m stumped.

Try pinching the plants back a little to spur them on. Also, water deeply, less often. Watering lightly encourages roots to stay near the ground surface.
