Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHi
I planted Jacob’s ladder Polemonium and Euonymus Emerald Gaiety last May , 2 -3 months ago
I now want to swap their locations because I miscalculated the space they both need once matured.
Is it safe to do it now and if not , when ?
Thank you
Ofra Anker

Wait until fall when the weather is cooler. Transplanting breaks off some roots so moving it when the plant is struggling with hot weather is very stressful and could kill it. Keep it watered until the ground freezes as the roots are still developing after leaf drop.
