sun spots

I have a garden and in that garden I have some beautiful bell peppers but just recently they started getting these sun spots, then they start rotting and it’s spreading to my other bells (purple, green, orange, yellow, and red). I don’t know if I’m not giving enough water or too much. I water about every 3-4 days, depending on how dry the soil is. Hope you can help me.

If the spot in on the top of the fruit, then it is likely sunscald and is from too much direct sunlight. A simple shade will help stop it. If it is on the bottom of the fruit, then it is blossom end rot. This article will help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/pepper-blossom-end-rot.htm [1]
