Q.Summer Savory

Anonymous added on June 3, 2011 | Answered

My summer savory is already flowered and it’s only early June. Can I pinch off flowers (nearly 1/2 the stalk) and expect that it will grow new leaves (like cilantro)?

You can try, but once plants have bolted they are less flavorful.
