Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe first couple of years my pepper plants have grown and produced great peppers. The last couple of years the plants are stunted and some of the peppers are a normal size and some are not. I use a slow release fertilizer and supplement it with Miracle grow once per week.

Try changing to this fertilizer and schedule and see if that helps:
