Stunted pepper plants. How do I get the plants to grow taller.

The first couple of years my pepper plants have grown and produced great peppers. The last couple of years the plants are stunted and some of the peppers are a normal size and some are not. I use a slow release fertilizer and supplement it with Miracle grow once per week.

Try changing to this fertilizer and schedule and see if that helps:
