Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI bought a strawberry plant in a basket last September. It did not produce any strawberries. In November there was a full basket of new green shoots. I put the basket away from frost till this spring but there are no new shoots at all. Is this plant dead?
