Strawberry plants in shed from last year have white mold on stems. Is this normal or have I lost them? Thank you.

Likely this is just mold growing on the dead leaves. The roots, where your leaves for next year will grow from, are fine. I would recommend clearing away the dead, moldy leaves, just to keep them from harboring disease and pests.
