Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHi, I’m growing an avocado from seed, and I noticed weird white growth on it (you can see it in the middle of the seed on sprout). Is this some kind of fungus? Is there any way to get rid of it? Thanks in advance!

I’m afraid that this is a result of growing your avocado pit in water.
Though growing in water allows you to watch the Avocado sprout and watch the roots, it’s really not beneficial to the plant.
You can give the pit a quick dip in a diluted bleach solution, 10 %. Then go ahead and plant.
