Q.Storing Iris Rhizomes After Lifting

Zone Cold | morelli02 added on December 8, 2012 | Answered

Please advise if we can store iris rhizomes out of the ground after lifting. If we can, how long can they be stored and are there any particular requirements for their successful storage? Many thanks,
Patricia

You can store the rhizomes in some sawdust or peat moss and place in a cool, dry location until you're ready to replant. These articles will help you:
