Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a lovely fig tree which gives us a lot of shade. However, it drops a lot of unripe figs at the beginning of the season and at the end attracts birds that eat half a fig and then drop the rest and bats who make a total mess. What can I use to sterilize the tree, and how and when do I apply it?

Although some fruiting trees can be chemically sterilized, the fig tree is not one of them. However, this information might help:
