I have a plant that is about 3 yrs old. I live in NY so outdoors summer months indoors winter Just had 12 blooms on my plant in February how can I get it to bloom more than once a year? It is fairly large. I also have a smaller plant I harvested from the larger one that has not bloomed at all, tips?? It is abundant with nice green leaves and sprouts though.

If you have flowers at all, given that you have to bring it in in the winter, then it is doing quite well! These are VERY picky about their microclimates. Much change at all will cause them shock. The trick to keeping them flowering will be to keep their environment as stable as possible without change. It is also good to fertilize it every now and then. This article will give you more information on these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/stephanotis/stephanotis-plant-care.htm
