Starting Vincas From Seed

Question

I started vincas from seed for the first time. I covered the soil with black plastic and took it off after 10 days. What I have is long white stems that look feeble and have two small leaves. (photo attached) Will they come back or should I start over?

Turn these toward bright light as soon as possible. If you started them outdoors, some sunny weather should help them anchor and grow strong. If they're inside, get them under a light as soon as possible until you can get them transplanted. Here's an article for you:
