Starting Seeds Indoors

I’m starting some pepper seeds indoors. They are beginning to grow their first set of true leaves and I was wondering when I should add nutrients.

Now would be good. They will need them once they have their first true leaves. I would use a water soluble fertilizer at half, or even quarter, strength though.
