Starting my own farm in UAE

Question

I am based in United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and would like to start my own farm (Commercially). Since I am not from Agriculture background. I would like to have the best of the best knowledge and expertise technique and help from your side to know what crops can be grown in Climatic conditions and poor soil and lack of fresh water in the United Arab Emirates.

Since UAE does not have fertilised Land and all the food currently is imported, there is a big demand for local grown (organic food). Keeping this in mind I feel there it would be a great concept and profitable module to do agriculture in UAE.

Kindly share your thoughts on the same.
