Starfish Iris

I live in Washington State and just found this beautiful flower. I was wondering if I could plant and grow them in my Perennial garden?

Starfish iris (not a true iris) is native to South Africa and is hardy in zones 9-11. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/starfish-iris/growing-starfish-iris-plants.htm ^[1]
