Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have 120′ of star jasmine attached to a fence. Most plants have been there about 4 years. Most are healthy, blooming, growing…About 10 linear’ (3 plants) have been replaced twice and are dying again. The soil tests neutral. If the neighbors on the other side of the fence used a weed killer, would the soil still test “good”?

Unless you specifically ask for testing to be done for certain chemicals, soil testing is only going to show pH and some soil minerals
