Stag horn fern

Question

I’ve attached a picture of what I believe to be a staghorn fern. I have 4 well established at the property I just moved into & im concerned about the brown coloured leaves. Is this normal or do they require treatment.
I also read that I should fertilise with a 1:1:1 fertiliser, is this true & what is the fertiliser exactly called so I can obtain some.
