Stabilizing tall Aloe plant

My “mother” Aloe lost several lower branches during our vacation and now is quite unstable due to upward height/weight ratio. Should I plant the “mother” deeper or simply stabilize it with a stick and twine?

Though the pot you have is lovely, I would suggest potting the mother plant deeper in a pot.
You also could choose to go ahead and make new plants by propagating.
