Q.Squash will not grow
I have tried for several years to grow cucumber, different squash varieties. Lash year to change it up, I planted gladiolus for cut flowers. However—with every type of this vegetable and flower, plants grow beautifully, bloom and start to flower and fruit. Then the fruit deforms and dies, flower dies and in all cases, the stems have a white powdery look and then the whole plant dies. What do I need to add to the soil? Also, other vegetables like tomatoes, garlic, lettuce grow fine. Other types of annual flowers do fine.
Thx
You may want to have a soil test done.
This will help you determine if you should add amendments to your soil.
