Squash leaves yellowing and poor fruit

Question

What is the cause of the leaves of my squash and cucumber plantsvyellowing. On one plant the zucchini is shriveling up or falling off before it is even 3 inches long.

What is causing this? We have had a lot of sun and I have been able to water at least every other day.
