Squash Borers Eat My Plants

Squash borers eat my squash plants every year. A man at my nursery sold me Bayers Insect Control for this. I still have them eating my plants and there are no more bees! How can I get rid of these horrible pests without harming beneficial insects?

“The only thing I have ever found to be effective against squash borers is neem oil, applied weekly. As a bonus, neem oil is not harmful to bees at all. Here is more information:
