Squash and zucchini plants are dying

They were beautiful at first, then they just started to die. What could be the problem? I water the garden properly and I have use Miracle Grow once this year on my garden. Everything else is going great except the squash and zucchini. They were beautiful plants producing great then suddenly rotting at the roots. Do you have any idea that might help me? Thank you.

Squash and zucchini like well drained soil. Planting them in hills reduces the chance of rotting.
