Spring plants popping out of the ground to early

What should I do about my spring plants that are coming up now, when they were planted in November 2017 just a few weeks ago. We have been having unusually warm weather but we know that cold weather is on the way. I am very concerned about them during extreme cold or frost.

unfortunately, there is little that you can do, except let nature takes its course from here. I am sorry that I cannot help you further, but this situation can happen from time to time.
