Sprayed Water Based Fertilizer On Strawberries.(10-52-8) Throw Out?

I was using my water type feeder with the plant food in it. Accidentally sprayed the strawberries, not just the soil. Fertilizer was about 12 years old, too. Brand Master Nursery Bud & Bloom 10-52-8

I believe I would throw them out. Why take a chance?
