Spots On Grapevine

My grapevine is pretty old. I trimmed it last fall. Spots have started showing up on the underside of the leaves. Can you tell me what it is and how to treat it?

Many sap sucking insects can cause this type of damage. Unless you catch the insect in the act, it can be hard to say which it is.
