Yucca are quite hardy and easily transplanted.

Choose a sunny, dry and well draining soil location.

Dig around the plant with a sharp shovel, trying to get as much roots as possible.
If you are dividing the plant, make sure each section has roots.

Move the plant to the new location and plant at the same depth in the soil, and orient the plant the same direction as it was originally.

Changing the direction can result in sun burned plants.

Cover the plant with shade cloth and water in well.

Check soil daily, when you see new growth you can remove the shade cloth and reduce watering to once or twice a week.
