I’ve had this plant for over 2 years and no spiderettes.

It may be a water deficiency that is causing some wilting.
The pot appears small for the size of the plant, therefore the soil volume may not be enough to hold moisture for an extended period of time.
Yes, repotting is a good idea. You can separate those other plants as well.
