spider mites on blue spruce

Since Bayer have monopolized the market, they have stopped producing concentrated multi-rose concentrate 1 in 3 and sell it by diluted 1 litre bottles. We normally use 4 litres on our blue spruce. Is there any way around this blatant exploitation for poor pensioners like myself?

Perhaps you could directly contact the manufacturer to inquire about purchasing different quantities of their product.
