Q.Spider Mite Treatment

After spraying soil around plant and the plant itself I placed a bag over them to isolate problem. How long can I leave badg on and when to reapply

Don't leave a bag on them. They will suffocate. Just spray, and cut away any growth with webbing, since there is no saving it. At that point, it becomes a cocoon that is protecting eggs from spray, so make sure to cut heavily infected growth out.
