Special Plant advice

My neighbor has now a very elevated decking area and is able to look over my fence. I have only a narrow raised planter. Is there a bush or tree that does not require a lot of soil, grows to 6 foot tall, with roots that do not damage my raised planter, with evergreen sense foliage, spreading about 6 foot? There is a pergola above.

I made sure my plants had fresh water every day and lots of love & sunshine I had special green drops that I put 1 drop each morning Which kept my plant lively and beautiful.
