sooty canker

Question

My gardenia bush seems to have this desease. I have cut of one part but now I see some more. What is a fungicide I can use and how do I use it. I have read what you said about trees. Is this the same way to treat my gardenia bush? I do not have the capabilities to show you a picture.

Neem Oil is a good treatment for Sooty Mold that is generally caused by Aphids.
