Q.Something Weird Is Happening To My Thanksgiving Cactus.

There is this growth on the leaves of my Thanksgiving cactus and I do not know if I should remove it from the rest of my plants🫣. HELP!

It doesn't exactly look like aerial roots, but it could be. It also could be adventitious roots forming. It won't hurt to remove them. Check your watering frequency. They many not be getting enough water. Adventitious roots can form in response to stress. Here is more:
