Something Is Eating My Coneflower

I cannot see any bugs, but something eat off the stem in 10 minutes. Now all the new growth stems have been eaten.

It could be a number of things that have done this, unfortunately. I could recommend, either, Neem oil or Azadirachtin. This comes from Neem oil. They will keep insects from your garden, naturally.
