In the one pic it appears the plant is in a Planter maybe concrete? Is there a bottom to the container? Poor drainage, root growth impairment are first thought in that particular plant along with pruning concerns on my part. In fact the soil appears to be stone and pebble among Clay soil ( i have that too) and non container plant could also be root impairment Long Tap roots reach deep and are difficult to raise in a planter and Clay stone soil mix creates a similar situation. With that in mind, both also cause poor drainage and roots can rot if over watered. Also to mind is MITES, tiny on the underside of a leave, may see what appears to be tiny web of spider mites on a few. If provide additional info i may be able to narrow this down but these are immediately brought to my mind.
