Q.Something Eats My Young Plants At Night, What And How To Protect Them

I have tried all types of sprays and granuals to kill them and nothing has worked

It may be an animal rather than insects. It's best to try to identify the culprit in order to best treat the problem. You may need to go outside at night with a flashlight.
