Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comSomething ate a young eggplant fruit in my garden last night. Half of the fruit was eaten and the other half was left on the ground. I do not know if it is a squirrel or other rodent. Any help to stop this will be appreciated. The fruit stem was gnawed off of the plant.

It may actually have been a raccoon. They normally come out at night and feed on many types of veggie plants. This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/animals/getting-rid-raccoons.htm [1]
