Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am growing cilantro from seed in my garden. The seedlings are just a couple inches tall with a couple pairs of true leaves. However, each morning one or two of them have been laying dead wilted on the soil. Once I pull the seedling up, what little root it had appears to have been eaten. Any suggestions on where to start looking for the cause?

I think your problem could be due to damping off. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/seeds/what-is-damping-off.htm [1]

Thank you for this! Looks to be right on after reading through the article. Only if gmail didn’t mark it as spam so I would have seen it sooner 🙂
