Q.Some Of The Leaves On My Butterfly Bush

look like they are shriveling up and are getting an alligator skin texture to them. This bush is about 10 years old and up til now has performed very well; this same issue is beginning on my smaller butterfly bush – about 4 weeks after the first bush.

This does appear much like Phytopthora root rot. Though this algae does quite a bit of damage, it can be controlled with many different fungicides. Here are some articles that will help:
