Some Cucumber Leaves Babe Yellow Spots, Is It Mosaic Virus? :(

Hi, my cucumber plants have been healthy but I have noticed a couple of the leaves are beginning to get light yellow spots on them and I can’t figure out what it is and what I need to do. Help! Also, the flowers have the tiniest little yellowish (hard to tell they are SO tiny) bugs crawling on the inside of them. Are they harmful? They don’t seem to fly.

I see thrips (and not the good kind) and signs of overwatering! Both will make quick work of your plant.
