Soil use after removing cabbage worm infested plants

I want to remove my broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprout plants that are over infested with worms and eggs so I can reclaim the soil and do some late summer planting. What do I need to do to the soil to eliminate worms in the soil? Thanks.

I would treat with Neem OIl.
This is effective in treatment of insects and fungus problems.
