Animal Control In The Garden
Q.

Soil that cats have been using as a litter box. How do I make it so I can grow food in it?

The feral cats in the neighborhood have been using my garden area for a litter box and I want to be able to grow edible plants in that soil. Is there a way to make it usable and keep the cats out?

Yes, the soil should be removed and replaced for your safety.
