What is the best type of lime to use for amending the soil’s pH – Hydrated, Fast-Acting Enhanced Pelletized, or other ?

Personally, I use pelletized lime. It contains, both, calcium AND magnesium. You have to plan to use it, though, since it takes a few weeks to work its way into the soil.
