Do I use Round-up weed killer before or after I till my garden? Have lots of ground cover growth. Thanks.

I would apply it before. Also keep in mind that you will need to let the soil sit for 1 week (2 if you can) to let the Roundup break down so that it does not kill any new plants you put in the soil.
